I swear, I feel like I gained at least 5 pounds. I decided, just now, that I am not weighing myself until January 3rd. I will explain my vacay and my decision on waiting until January 3rd tomorrow because right now, I am in need of some much needed sleep after a long day of traveling.

Okay, so as promised, I weighed in today! Well, it wasn’t really a “weigh in”, it was more curiosity getting the best of me. After my shower earlier today, I stepped on the scale…193 pounds!
I don’t know if I officially lost anything but as long as I am below 200, I am a happy camper. I have a LONG way to go and haven’t really been doing anything to help myself.
Also, I have noticed lately that I have changed my eating habits! I don’t binge at all or at least not very often and now I have listening to my body and eating what it wants. If I want some chocolate, I will eat some but only in moderation. I think it has helped.
