I was able to work out Sunday and Monday but Tuesday and Wednesday I either had a previous engagement or I was studying for finals :( So I’m really hoping to make it tonight depending on how much homework/studying I have to do. My goal was to do 5 days working out this week but I am really hoping I will get atleast 3, depending if I can squeeze one in on saturday.
I hate finals. I just want to go home and be in the sunshine.
Okay, it’s late into January and I have decided to create some goals for myself. No, they are not new year’s resolutions (I can’t remember if I did a post like that or not). I don’t like resolutions. I always stop doing them about 2 weeks into January so now that it is later into the month, I have had time to really think about what I want for this year.
I’d like to lose around 10 pounds (under 1 pound per month). I know that isn’t a huge amount but I think any amount will not only help me get healthier, but to also prove to myself that I can do it.
