Okay, so as promised, I weighed in today! Well, it wasn’t really a “weigh in”, it was more curiosity getting the best of me. After my shower earlier today, I stepped on the scale…193 pounds!
I don’t know if I officially lost anything but as long as I am below 200, I am a happy camper. I have a LONG way to go and haven’t really been doing anything to help myself.
Also, I have noticed lately that I have changed my eating habits! I don’t binge at all or at least not very often and now I have listening to my body and eating what it wants. If I want some chocolate, I will eat some but only in moderation. I think it has helped.

Today was a little better day. I didn’t eat hardly as much crap. And I had Pilates. I always feel so strong and healthy after going there. Then after Pilates, I went grocery shopping and got really healthy things that I can eat instead of junk food-always important and well worth the money. Then I spent the rest of the day cleaning and studying. And I’m not done studying…. :( oh the life of a college girl
